Shipping:  
Shipping is expedited through Fedex Ground Delivery.  Once shipped, arrival of most shipments can be expected in approximately 5-10 business days.

Refunds/Exchanges:
We are happy to exchange your unused item, or issue a credit toward another purchase within 30 days of delivery. Please notify us immediately of your desire to exchange your item.  No refunds are issued due to the one of kind nature of our products.
